things to address for phones

HOME PAGE

• mega menu - see screen grab above - oh help! • home page slider text - can you reduce the size of the text for the mobile and ipad/tablet • home page icons - can they be reduced for mobile? they are squished in for the ipad... Or they can be removed from view on the phone • 'australian owned and operating australia wide' gets cut off. Can we reduce text size of this on mobile site only? • three buttons under icons - text is missing - same on ipad • testimonials need to fit - currently elongated and off to one side

Mega Menu:

Try now. Should display the items in a vertical, indented list.

samadd commented 10 years ago

Home page slider text: reduced.

samadd commented 10 years ago

Testimonials: excessive margins caused squashing. Removed for narrower displays.

samadd commented 10 years ago

Product icons squished down a bit for narrower displays- centered.

"Australia owned etc" shrunk a bit on narrower displays. Doesn't cut off now as far as I can tell.

Looking great Sam. Thanks!

Three buttons with missing text: the Flatsome themes' fade-in animation seemed to be failing to fire on ipad/ iphone, as the text starts invisible then should transition in. I've disabled the animated transition, so it should be okay now...

Can you make this text fit. Just reduce a tiny bit more?

rachelfwells commented 10 years ago

rachelfwells commented 10 years ago

Is there a solution for the text going Under the find out more button? It shouldn't get any smaller...

samadd commented 10 years ago

Australia owned etc text reduced a teensy bit more - I can't get it to spill over on my display, so it's a case of hit and hope - if it still spills over on to two lines, just let me know, obviously.

With text and find out more button - can't reproduce it on my laptop, but I've reduced the size of the offending text which should hopefully do the trick. If not, just let me know!

Hi Sam

Unfortunately reducing the text doesn't work as it still sits behind the find out more button. Is there any way you can wrap the text so t doesn't go under the find out more??

Try that now. I have ended up reducing some text sizes, as the width of the copy text gets set inline dynamically. I've tested on iphone emulation mode in Chrome, and it seems to be okay, but it's up to you whether the re-sizing is acceptable or not.

rachelfwells commented 10 years ago

It's perfect. Thanks Sam. Can close this now :)
