Add transition to student cards on hover #3

Let's get some nice visual transitions happening

When a user hovers over a student card, give it some hover effects. You can rotate it slightly, or scale it up a bit, anything that makes that card stand out from the rest. Head on over to styles.css and have a look at .student-card
