Use express for routing of static assets #27

Should resolve #4. Assets exist in the public folder. app.js and index.html have been updated to reflect this change.

Ahhh I wish I would have seen this already, someone is already working on it. Sorry @jacobroufa! @Korovyov is scoping it out pretty intensely with tests toooo
