Log files being created #30

During the bowtie/samtools steps, SISRS is exporting very large log files which don't appear to have any secondary use.

@BobLiterman these should only be closed after you have submitted a pull request from your branches and it gets integrated into the develop or master branch at the main SISRS repo.

Thank you Reed. I'm actually writing the pull request comment as I type. The plan is to merge this with the master branch ASAP. Very much appreciate the github etiquette note, as I'm new to the community!
