Teach bottom-up - Iterative algorithm

Definition of done:

  1. At least one video, one quiz, one coding exercise and some words ...! Anything more can be done on separate enhancement issues.
  2. Link from readme to Binder works

Note that notebooks: 5, 8 and 9 were defined as stretch goals, so are not included in definition of done
