IMOS Feature Request: Update Seawater library from EOS-80 to TEOS-10? #57

IMOS toolbox is based on the CSIRO Matlab Seawater Library (EOS-80 which is now 
obsolete and replaced by TEOS-10), should we update IMOS toolbox with the 
latest Seawater library?

The calculation of salinity and depth is now performed using the 
Goibbs-SeaWater toolbox (TEOS-10). Calculation when needed of density and 
solubility (saturation) of Oxygen (O2) in sea water is still performed with the 
CSIRO SeaWater library (EOS-80).
