Being able to fill information on sensor confidence according to its observed 
drifts (time and measurements), in the database/instrument management xls 
spreadsheet that could be then used to warn imos-toolbox users on the bad 
quality of this instrument (example : "Please stop using this instrument, 
serial number : XXXXXX").
