Update GUI elements #4

  * Each GUI has button to close window (not just the "X")
  * [Fit RD] Button for tasks *Simulate* or *Optimize Fit* (instead of a radiobutton + go)
  * Clearly explain the difference between "datasets" "curves" "curvesets", etc. and maintain labels throughout the program clearly indicating which is being operated upon.

 - Low (1-2 hrs)

How to program
 - Use MATLAB's "guide" program for editing the graphical interface
 - Add text labels, buttons, etc.
