Add installation instructions to README #109

Thought this information could be helpful for people wanting either to install from CPAN or from the sources. Comments concerning the PR most certainly welcome.

As noted in a conversation on IRC, the README is generated from the documentation in lib/Template/Flute.pm, hence I've updated the original commit (and hence PR) with changes only to this file, rather than the README.
