Tasks: 1) Create Release branch:

  cd rackerlabs/auter
  git checkout -b Release-0.12
  git push origin Release-0.12

2) Create issues for testing the new branch

• [x] Test RHEL/CentOS 6
• [x] Test RHEL/CentOS 7
• [x] Test Ubuntu 16.04
• [x] Test Ubuntu 18.04
• [x] Test Debian 9

3) Create issue for final release for when testing has been completed.
