This looks fine to me, but I haven't actually tested it out the Vagrant box. As this isn't really a release-impacting feature, I'm cool with going ahead and merging it. We can change the Vagrant provisioning process if anyone has issues.

It is currently not possible to develop Canon on Windows. As convenient as
script/bootstrap
is, there is a non-trivial amount of work necessary to get from a fresh Linux install to being able to runscript/bootstrap
. By adding Vagrant support, anyone can prepare a complete Canon development environment with a single command — no matter what platform they're on.
