Icon Library #94

The demo site currently doesn't have an icon library for things like paperclips (for attachments), carats, up & down arrows, etc. These little pieces are really helpful when trying to implement variations on a pattern and it would be nice to reuse what we have in other parts of the website for maximum consistency.

@annwa icon set is in brainstorming over at #36. Closing this for now.
