What do you need?

Our team would like to update the attachment to be more responsive. Currently, we use this in the comment section for CTUI, however it takes up quite a bit of space on the screen. Having a smaller alternative for these uses would be ideal.

What problem will this solve?

For CTUI, the comment text takes priority for the user's focus. The current attachment pattern is a bit too distracting. I am sure that there are uses for this, but for us it is not appropriate.

Which Rackspace UIs, business stakeholders, or customers might benefit from this?

Ticketing, CTUI

What release deadlines depend on this work?

We currently have this in production, but would like to update ASAP.

How does this enhance the Rackspace experience?

Having an alternative attachment pattern would make it more applicable in different locations, but still allow for consistency.
