Remove family pages #632

Removes family pages from left nav.

This change is based on feedback from RED designers concerning the removal of family pages in the left nav.

We have some concerns about the naming of some components and hope to group like components together more meaningfully than through alphbetical sorting.

Let's use this PR to brainstorm any structural changes to the nav, before promoting this to staging.

Once this is in staging, let's get feedback from RED and some dev stakeholders.

If the technical side is good, does it make sense to go ahead and promote this to staging? I'd like to share it around with some stakeholders and get feedback. We might make a few changes after that, but I figure that can happen in a new branch.

Hm. My only issue is if we have intermediate publication needs as we only have the one instance for staging. We could utilize a different system to share this update, though, as it is a static site. Let me catch up with you on Slack to offer some alternatives.
