Renaming "this week in infosec" post to prevent name collision

I noticed that my most recent post's name collided with my previous post, which messed up the ability to read that old post (the link now points to the most recent one). I've renamed the file for the most recent post and appended a "-1", which I'll increment in the future to track successive weeks.

Let me know if you have any suggestions for a better approach going forward. If not, I'll follow this format going forward. Thanks!

Could make the title include the date instead.
