Egress usage reporting #20

Currently its not possible to know how much egress has been used by a user / cloudspace, the Dashboard should report egress usage on Load Balancers, Nodes and over all usage (including free usage as reported on the pricing section), to give full transparency to the users.

👍 very important because right now it's unclear what's my egress consumption and the free max egress allowed.
