This has outdated changes that for the main article that are no longer needed since Lane already published the final article after review with stakeholders. Make sure your fork master is up to date with rackerlabs master, then create a new branch for the table of contents changes, and then update that branch with the one small change for _index.md. Then do a new PR for just that small change.
