Why?

Because I want to use features in OpenTofu like provider mocking and early variables/locals evaluation.

Your terraform provider does not work with OpenTofu because it has not been submitted to the OpenTofu Registry.

This can be accomplished by:

I opened a request for the provider, and it has been added with https://github.com/opentofu/registry/pull/1219, but not the signing key.
