Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap on Windows 10 #107

After installing racket distribution (both 32 and 64 bits) on a Windows 10 machine (Windows 10 Insider Preview 16179.1000) I got an Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap when trying to start DrRacket.
