Cursor height is wrong in new window #419

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open DrRacket
  2. Increase the font size a lot
  3. Open a new window
  4. Notice that the blinking cursor is the size it would be with the default font size, instead of the correct font size.
  5. Enter any text in the definitions window, and the cursor changes to the correct size.
