Trackpad scrolling does not work in definitions on musl Void Linux #539

When I try to scroll the definitions area using my trackpad on musl Void Linux (x84_64, using Void package for Racket 8.3), it stutters and then goes back to where it was. Using the scrollbar seems to work fine.
