Dead link to Swindle in DrRacket

Under Help > Tool Web Sites there is a link to @elibarzilay 's Swindle site; that link is currently down. FWIW there are also several links in the docs to that site.

I'm wondering if that link should just go to the documentation - the archived version from 21-Jan-2022 warns it is out of date and is for PLT-Scheme v209
