Add signatures to *SL. #193

Previously, they were only in ASL.

The technical change is straightforward. The docs need some refactoring to avoid duplication.

As discussed with @mfelleisen and @dbp.

@mikesperber Is this ready to be merged? I looked over the changes and they make sense (in a browser). If so, I'll merge just in case we do release. (We are once again experiencing real problems with the Sw Found. so who knows what's going to happen.)

@mfelleisen Sorry for the late reply - I was away on Easter.

This is good to go. The actual change to the *SL languages is small and straightforward. It's mostly documentation.

Thanks. I figured it out after I started planning my own Easter weekend ... but [0,3] OOPSLA submissions blurred my vision for a week :-) .. I'll merge. Frohe Ostern

@mikesperber And yes, I read the diffs and saw that it was mostly new import interfaces and docs. I will read the docs in details and I may fix em up some after the OOPSLA deadline.
