add ability to specify alternate repository in 'Package Versions & Sources' #21

Hi,

I tried to set an 'alternate' version of my package but it failed with error 'save failed'

https://gitlab.com/spdegabrielle/table-panel.git (as an alternative to https://github.com/spdegabrielle/table-panel.git)
