e.g. for pdf-read there's both http://pkg-build.racket-lang.org/server/built/test-fail/pdf-read.txt and http://pkg-build.racket-lang.org/server/built/install/pdf-read.txt. I don't think the frontend pays attention to the former at present; it should!
(NB. Existing UI does present this information, so I can crib how to do it from looking at the change history of the existing site.)
