get-implied-docs: arity mismatch; after logging in #51

Hi! When logging in at pkgs.racket-lang.org, I was greeted with this message, and can't access the logged-in features at pkgd.racket-lang.org.

The application raised an exception with the message:

Actually, this affects all of pkgd.racket-lang.org, even when logged out (e.g. search stopped working).

I believe it is fixed now. Thanks for letting me know. Sorry for the trouble. I was on a road-trip and couldn't fix it, but I just got to service.
