Add a PMOD pass-through module with parallel microSD socket #37

Adds pmod-tee-microsd-socket test board. The board has PMOD host and peripheral connectors that pass through microSD data and power using the same pinout as https://github.com/chiplet/pmod-microsd-breakout. The data lines are also connected to a microSD socket.
