lumberjack certificate location and permissions #154

This is to fix #153 Allows for separate permissions and lumberjack cert locations for forwarder and logstash. Corrects logstash lumberjack cert path and permissions issues. Extended the embedded wrapper recipe for future testing and redis implementation.

I made a few comments but they're mostly nit picky. This looks pretty good to me.
