No firewall rules are configured #10

should we limit incoming connections to 80 and 22?

The firewall is turned off for all deployments right now except LAMP. Most of them add rules so that if it turned on things provided by the deployment wouldn't break, but it doesn't come with security out of the box. I talked to Brint and the CS team about this months agot and we were on board with getting it turned on, but I've run into problems trying to do so.
