[v2] Refactored OpenCloud namespace to OpenStack #693

As discussed in #691 this PR updates the v2 branch to use the OpenStack namespace

Changed OpenCloud namespace to OpenStack
Models extend OperatorResource instead of AbstractResource
Services extend AbstractService instead of AbstractResource
CS fixes

The unit tests should now pass. However many of them are not much more than stubs, so no guarantees it'll actually work 😉
