Update rcu #12

rcu needs to be bumped to 0.2.1, noticed ractive-load doesn't have fix for SourceUrl

I published a new version - v0.3.2 - with the latest rcu two days ago, but the file in rcu repo says it's v0.2.0. Seems that @Rich-Harris forget to run grunt before releasing a new version of rcu.
