Update to rcu 0.8 #34

Hi guys. I'm waiting for rcu to release next version that includes handling of the breaking change to the templates API and did this locally for now, so might as well share this, since it also needed a minor code change.

As soon as a version that includes the fix is released, please rebuild this and update the 'dist' folder, as this will allow Ractive.load to work with the edge again.
