add trailing backslash to jsdeliver cdn link #107

that way we can see all available versions

admittedly this breaks the style where a single click retrieves the build, it would now require two clicks. But better IMHO to point to the entire portfolio of available builds as this isn't available anywhere else.

I think a link with text "Other Ractive versions" or "All Ractive versions" under the main <script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/ractive"></script> we be better.
