Refactor CSS to SCSS files #209

Refactor the current css files so every component can have their css sitting in their own files - as it's anyway compiled into one huge css file in the end, we dont need to worry about keep things in a single file and make use of good style organization

No urgency I suppose, it's a book-keeping task, so not high on priority. Just drop in a message if you aren't picking up for whatever reason
