Implement Tailwind presets properly #242

Had tried implementing it in https://github.com/rad-ui/ui/issues/221 but failed, presets need to be more precise. Refer https://github.com/viktorbonino/radix-themes-tw/blob/main/src/index.ts for more details on how to achieve this
