Update to rerun 0.16 and add support for streaming #1

This is a cleanup pass on the component and now supports the "streaming" interface along with other arbitrary rrd path/url versions.

@radames ok, I updated the example to show off all 3 ways of sending content to the viewer, and adding some more comments to the demo app for clarity.
