Simple sanity check on travis #15

This PR lets Travis build the image, start the jupyter notebook and check if the API endpoint responds to http requests (the ready.sh script (can be re-used in openshift for readiness checks)).

It also adds some badges (Travis, dockerhub and Microbadger)

Btw. this is an example of the build.
