Additional metadata for community presentations #220

This PR publishes date information for all talks and adds additional optional presentation metadata to capture the presentation venue, the city it was held in, and any handout (in addition to slides).

@elmiko wdyt? not sure if this is better than having speaker/venue/date on the same line. I think publishing dates is important, though.
