split get started doc into multiple files

This change breaks the get started doc apart into several pieces and adds new how do i articles. The get started doc has been converted to use the concept modular template with the instructions for installation being converted into several procedure docs.

changes

• add how do i install radanalytics.io
• add how do i launch oshinko webui from cli
• add how do i launch oshinko webui from console
• add screenshots to support launch instructions
• remove instructions from get-started.adoc
• apply modular doc template to get-started.adoc

The content I usually associate with "Get Started" pages is now at the very bottom. The main page content feels more like what I'd associate with an "About" page.
