ability to download JDBC drivers

I've got a need to include Teradata JDBC drivers to use in the spark cluster. Is there a way to do this currently?

There are two methods to do this:

• Configuring the mavenDependencies to install the JDBC driver from a Maven repo: https://github.com/radanalyticsio/spark-operator/blob/master/examples/cluster-with-config.yaml#L6-L8
• Create a new spark image with the Image Completion Tool: https://github.com/radanalyticsio/openshift-spark#image-completion
