Some clients don't want the whole AJD header sticky, they just want in page navigation sticky #17

Update the AJD script to have a unique class called ".js-ajd-sticky" that will take place instead of "#ajd-header.make-sticky"

This is been added to the script but the template needs to be updated and documentation needs to be added for this
