add support for SRR demo with USSR point cloud and SRR objects.

I'll try to add SRR demo. And what is USSR point cloud?

Ultra Short Range Radar (USSR). I think it transmits the same point cloud data as what the normal ROS driver receives from the 1642 and 1443 demo code. I am not 100% sure on it.

+1 on this plz! Also the Medium Range Radar lab for the AWR1843. How much work would I need to do to use this driver for those demos?

Hi, just checking whether SRR was ever added to the driver? If not, we might able to work on it. Any pointers on what would need to be done? Are the specs for the SRR firmware protocol available somewhere?
