Issues with UI links #107

After building latest commit 7fbd28f918d113fe0c33f02134a830ec3a246d7b, I found out some issues with the Links:

In the main window:

Menu "Help > Report an issue" points to a wrong URL.

In the about window:

Link to www.radare.org doesn't work.
"Check our contributors page for the full list of contributors." links points to a wrong URL.
