GUI crashes after "cannot load file #158

After trying to open a .ipa file, an error message appears "cannot open file".

When clicking cancel, and returning to the file selection, I choose the file again -> load and the GUI immediately crashes.

In the CMD iaito is still running.

nevermind, program was simply loading. Lol.
