Add support for TILE-Gx architecture

Some Mikrotik routers (such as CCR1036-12G-4S-EM, CCR1036-8G-2S+ or CCR1036-8G-2S+EM) uses Tilera CPUs, being target of several IoT malware I'm currently analyzing, and maybe some of you also want to analyze using r2. UG401-ISA Some CPU models:
