Retiring bindings

• [x] Python 2 support (ends in one year) - an probably all versions less than 3.4
• [x] PHP5 (support just ended this year) - maybe porting to PHP7?
• [x] Luvit support - 7 years no updates
• [x] Newlisp - 7 years no updates
• [x] Guile - 7 years no updates
• [x] Awk - 6 years no updates (is anyone using them at all?)

I use awk everyday and being able to use r2 from it is pretty cool. Not the best option obv but fun to read how it works. So nope
