Description

Fixing several things to obtain a green status.

m:

• Move from Gulp 3.x to Gulp 4.0 to be able to build on recent Node version
• Rewrite of gulpfile
• Fix and lift makefile
• Fix broken dependencies or not buildable dependencies (material-design : #151 )
• Remove useless gulp plugin : gulp-bower
• Update Babel plugins : @babel/plugin-proposal-object-rest-spread
• Fix CI workflow
