Require phpunit for developers #7

Not sure why this was omitted from composer.json.

I know a lot of folks like having PHPUnit as a dev dependency on a per-project basis, but I don't especially like that myself. I think of PHPUnit is an "ecosystem" dependency, one that developers have (or ought to have) installed globally for use across all projects. (I think of Composer the same way.)

Maybe this is idiosyncratic on my part. :-/
