Non-lowercase columns cause empty cells #2

Streams with Uppercase or mixed-case columns somehow ends up with tables being created correctly (column names weirdly morphed when stream has uppercase), rows are inserted correctly but all values are null.

Should be fixed with latest commit, but has left a mess of the code. Next: clean up.
