Refactor graphics classes. #5

This PR aims to:

[x] Make the BitmapData ref struct.
[x] Replace Memory{T} with Span{T}.
[x] Implement support of memory pooling in BitmapData.
[x] Delete the old PooledBitmap class.
[x] Move the Scaler.EstimateStride method to the BitmapData class.
[x] Make the Scaler class internal.
[x] Replace Layout with size and pixel format.
[x] Delete the Layout struct.
